WE ARE GROWING
An open seat at the table.
A part-time role at a small Arkansas RIA that can become whatever the right person wants it to become.
If you've watched our launch video, you know the gist. Here's the full story.
Round Table Financial is a small, state-registered investment advisory firm in Little Rock. Our three Principals — Alex Golden, Thomas McCain, and Bob Randolph — built this firm around a simple idea: that the best financial advice comes from people who've actually lived a few different lives. Restaurants. Banks. Manufacturing. Trout fishing on the Little Red. New Orleans kitchens. Three daughters in college. The work of wealth management is the work of getting the right people in the same conversation — and we wanted a firm small enough to actually do that.
We're looking for one person to join us. The unusual part is that the role is what you make of it.
Three legitimate paths
Same seat. Same starting compensation. You choose the path.
I.
Fast Track
A ground-floor entry into wealth management. We pay for your Series 65. You pass it as quickly as you're able. Once registered, you begin building your own client book under Round Table's roof — at your pace. The harder you work, the faster the opportunity becomes a real career.
Right for
Recent graduates with finance, business, or related backgrounds. Career changers who want into the industry. Returning professionals with energy to spend and a long runway ahead.
II.
Steady Hourly
Meaningful, low-pressure part-time work. Roughly ten to three on weekdays. Client-adjacent administrative support, scheduling, coordination, occasional light client contact. No registration required. No production pressure. Steady, useful work in a good firm.
Right for
Returning professionals (especially parents whose children have launched). Military spouses. Retirees re-entering the workforce. Anyone whose healthcare is solved elsewhere and who values flexibility over career runway.
III.
Already Licensed
If you already hold your Series 65 or 66, there's room at the table for you too. Round Table offers a smaller, calmer environment than larger firms — more autonomy in how you prospect, how you serve clients, and how you spend your time. Bring your existing book or build a new one here. Compensation discussed individually.
Right for
Experienced investment adviser representatives at larger firms who want more autonomy. Advisers tired of corporate structure who still want the support of a real firm and real colleagues.

We're a small firm. We believe in this work and we believe in this place. But we'd rather be honest about what we can and can't offer than have you find out later.
- Hourly compensation is the starting structure. Specific rate depends on qualifications.
- We do not currently offer health insurance.
- Series 65 sponsorship comes with a reasonable commitment to work together — details discussed in conversation.
- There is no corporate ladder here. There is, however, a real table.
If those are dealbreakers, we understand. If they aren't, we'd love to hear from you.
If it sounds like you
Let's start a conversation.
We care more about how you think than where you've been. Tell us a little about yourself in your own voice. We'll read every one personally.
